WILA hydraulic clamping with Safety-Click loads tools vertically with a click and clamps at the push of a button, with automatic seating, centering, and alignment. WILA puts the setup-time reduction at roughly 80% versus manual clamping.

Sliding heavy tooling out the end of the machine is slow and dangerous, and dropped tools mean damaged edges and injured hands.
Safety-Click retention lets operators load and unload tools up to 12.5 kg (28 lb) vertically, at any position along the bed, no end-loading. Easy-to-Move bearing inserts let heavy segments slide laterally without force.

The Smart Tool Locator is a CNC-driven LED ruler built into the tool holder that lights up exactly where every tool goes. The operator follows the lights instead of a paper setup sheet.
