Overview
WILA's flagship tooling line, built from high-tensile chrome-moly alloy steel (≥1,000 N/mm²) with working surfaces ground to ±0.01 mm (.0004"). Compression and wear areas are CNC-Deephardened to 56–60 HRc at 4 mm depth, and load capacity runs to 300 tons/meter. Segments run down to 10 mm for short flanges and boxes, and every tool carries the Safety-Click system for vertical loading. The Pro line delivers the same WILA quality at exceptional value: high-quality tool steel, ±0.02 mm tolerance, 52 HRc minimum at 2 mm depth, up to 250 tons/meter. WILA also offers American Style and American Vintage profiles for shops running American-convention tooling.
