How Forge Manufacturing Solutions collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us through forge-usa.com.
Effective date: September 28, 2026
01Who We Are
Forge Manufacturing Solutions ("Forge," "we," "us") sells and services industrial manufacturing equipment, tooling, and parts. This policy explains what information we collect through forge-usa.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
02Information You Give Us
When you request a quote, contact us, sign up for information, or use a tool on the Site such as the Profit-Leak job analyzer, we collect what you enter. That usually includes:
- your name, company, job title, email address, and phone number
- your location or the location of the equipment
- the equipment, tooling, or service you are asking about, and any details you add in your message
We also keep the emails and documents you send us while we prepare a quotation.
03Information Collected Automatically
Like most websites, the Site records basic technical information when you visit: your browser and device type, the pages you view, the site that referred you, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use Google Analytics and similar tools, which set cookies, to understand how the Site is used and to improve it.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on Google provides at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The Site will still work.
04How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- respond to your inquiry and prepare quotations, proposals, and service estimates
- schedule delivery, installation, training, and service
- follow up about equipment and service you have asked about
- operate, secure, and improve the Site
- meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
05How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to serve you:
- with the manufacturers whose equipment you ask about, so they can confirm configuration, pricing, lead time, and warranty
- with service providers that run our business systems, such as our customer relationship management (CRM) system, email, website hosting, and analytics, who may use it only on our behalf
- with freight, rigging, and installation partners when a sale or service visit requires it
- when required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Forge, our customers, or others
- with a buyer or successor if Forge is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
06How Long We Keep It
We keep inquiry and customer records for as long as we have a business relationship with you and afterward as long as needed for warranty, service history, and legal and accounting purposes. Equipment service history is often useful for the life of the machine.
07Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08Your Choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email, by contacting us using the details below. Every marketing email we send also includes a way to unsubscribe. We may keep records we are required to retain by law or that relate to an open order or warranty.
09Children
The Site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10Other Websites
The Site links to manufacturer websites, videos, and other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy does not cover them.
11Changes to This Policy
