Overview
WILA adjustable bottom tools replace a shelf of fixed V-dies. The MVM adjustable die changes its V-opening under CNC or manual control across a 6–51 mm range, so one tool covers a spread of material thicknesses without a die change. The Multi-V modular die offers several openings in one body and can cut required bending force by roughly 10–30%. For finishing work, WILA flattening and hemming tools, including spring-action and DD hydraulic "Dutch bending" tools, close hems and flatten seams on the same brake. All of it runs in the same New Standard holders as the rest of your WILA tooling.
