Overview
WILA's Smart Bending line readies a press brake for automation. The Smart Tool Locator guides operators with a CNC-driven LED ruler built into the tool holder, lighting exactly where each tool, and even the sheet, belongs. The WILA ToolGripper and ATC Tool Storage let robots exchange NS ATC (new) and G-Series ATC (classic) tooling automatically for true unattended bending. On the floor, the Press Brake Productivity Cabinet and ATC Tool Storage keep tooling organized, protected, and seconds from the machine. BendSense technology and the EnduraBend tool coating round out WILA's smart-bending and durability innovations.
