Overview
WILA tool holders clamp, seat, center, and align tooling automatically. Hydraulic systems drive hardened clamping pins at the push of a button; pneumatic versions use WILA's patented Self-Locking mechanism on ordinary shop air; manual versions bring the same precision at entry cost. Automatic seating and centering aligns top and bottom tools over the machine's full length. Heavy Duty (HD) holders extend the same system to wide, heavy tooling, rated up to 800 tons/meter with pillar supports. Hydraulic power packs (HM-series, dual-voltage 230/460 V) drive the clamping, manual, remote, or CNC-integrated. Crowning tables with patented Wave Wedges, CNC or manual, compensate deflection so the bend angle holds from one end of the part to the other. WILA puts the setup-time reduction at roughly 80%, with payback measured in months.
