Overview
Rolleri Vario is a patented adjustable die system. Equip a press brake with a single tool and change the system "V" opening through the CNC or manually, no pulling dies from the rack between jobs. Maximum load runs up to 3000 kN/m (99 US-ton/ft) depending on model, with a 60° bending angle to better manage springback. The modular structure is built from 1000 mm / 39.37" standard sections that merge into one die from a 1000 mm minimum up to the full length of the press brake. Four models cover maximum openings of 200, 260, 300, and 400 mm.
