Every job needs a different V-opening, so my operator pulls and resets dies all day. The press brake sits idle during every change.
Rolleri Vario is a patented adjustable die, equip the brake with one tool and change the "V" opening through the CNC or by hand. The right opening is there without pulling a die from the rack.

My parts vary in thickness and material, and springback throws off my angles.
Rolleri Vario bends at a 60° angle to better manage sheet-metal springback, and its modular structure scales to the full length of the press brake for long parts.
