Overview
The Lesta self-learning finishing robot is taught by your painter, not by a programmer. In a weightless learning mode the painter moves the gun through the part by hand, and the robot records every gun angle, trigger pull, and preset, then repeats it exactly on every part after. New programs get taught without stopping the line, and the finish can be fine-tuned for speed, fan, atomization, and flow per recipe. It runs liquid, powder, and fiberglass coatings, and it is the only NRTL Class I Div 1 self-learning robot in North America, meeting OSHA hazardous-robot standards. Engineering, software, and manufacturing are all in-house, the system is tested in-house, and with on-site training you are painting robotically on Day One after installation.
